Simon Clarke, owner of AIS and the ultimate holding company Dunstall Holdings has acquired Rea Valley Tractors, the largest John Deere dealership in the UK based in Shropshire along with a new bespoke building on a 7-acre site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.
Leading the team from Springboard was Justin Sparks who commented that "Springboard were delighted to support Dunstall Holdings in negotiating the transaction with the vendors and John Deere as well as helping to raise the necessary finance.
