Springboard Corporate Finance (“Springboard”, “we” or “us”) operates the Internet website with the domain name http://springboardcf.com/ (the “Site” which includes our Updates by Email). It sets out your rights and obligations and those of Springboard in relation to your access and use of the Site and any communications sent to you via the Site. By accessing the Site you accept without limitation or qualification all of the terms and conditions.

Springboard Corporate Finance is the trading name of BTG Advisory (CF) LLP, Cathedral Place, 42-44 Waterloo Street, Birmingham, B2 5QB.  BTG Advisory (CF) LLP is a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales, registered number OC420258 and whose registered office is 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY.  Regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales for a range of investment business activities. The word “partner” used in connection with Springboard does not denote a member of the LLP.

Email

Emails and attachments are sent for and on behalf of Springboard and are intended for the addressees to the email only and may be confidential. If they are sent to you in error you must take no action based on them, nor must you copy or show them to anyone. Please reply to the email and highlight the error. Please note that emails have been created in the knowledge that Internet email is not a 100% secure communications medium. We advise that you understand and accept this lack of security when emailing us. Although we have taken steps to ensure that emails and attachments are free from any virus, we advise that in keeping with good computing practice the recipient should ensure they are actually virus free.
