Springboard Corporate Finance acted as lead adviser on the sale of Birmingham based Rudd Macnamara Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Rudd Macnamara, established over 100 years ago, is the UK’s largest independent specialist printer for the brewery and aerospace sectors across Europe. The company invested in new technologies and specialises in complex printing onto metals, glass and plastics.

Justin Sparks a Director at Springboard Corporate Finance who advised the vendors said: “we are delighted to have identified the buyer and negotiate an innovative structure that enables the shareholders to exit the business whilst providing this successful Midlands firm to continue to flourish under its new owner”.
