Mission Logistics Holdings Limited has been established by Steve Allen, Managing Director, to offer small and medium sized enterprises (“SMEs”) a premier third-party logistics solutions provider. In order to provide Mission Logistics with strategic bases in the South East and Midlands, the company has acquired Task Force Movement & Storage Limited, Essex and Thomas’s Transport, Birmingham.

Springboard acted as lead advisor to the management buy-in team, helping to negotiate both deals and raise the funding package to facilitate the transactions and the future growth of Mission Logistics.
