We help clients to quantify their funding requirements and to secure the best source of finance. By leveraging off our extensive network of debt and equity providers, we can support clients to refinance or raise additional working capital, development or replacement capital or acquisition finance.  Our experience as advisors and funders makes us uniquely positioned to deliver for you or your clients.

 

What we do?

We work with clients to understand the precise nature of their funding requirement, determining whether the finance can be raised from either a debt provider or an equity investor. By investing time up front to support our clients to build a comprehensive business plan and a detailed and robust financial forecasts we maximise our client’s success raising the funds they need, on the best commercial terms. Our client’s benefit from high rates of success as we invest time upfront to identify funding issues and addressing them, positioning the opportunity with the right funder and by actively managing the process through to completion.

Private Equity

Private equity is an asset class that has shown exceptional growth over recent years.  For many business founders and entrepreneurs, private equity offers the chance to de-risk their involvement and provide impetus for growth.  We are experienced at structuring ‘cash-out’ / ‘equity-release’ transactions to allow owners to partially realise value.  Increasingly, private equity is a buyer of businesses in its own right.  Our extensive experience and network of private equity relationships makes us ideally positioned to deliver such transactions.

Development Capital 

For the ambitious growing business, access to funding for growth has long been a challenge.  We are experienced at raising development capital to meet the requirements of clients whilst minimising the cost of funding and ensuring the right partner.

Debt Finance 

The UK debt markets have seen dramatic change over recent years.  The availability of debt finance to support both acquisitions and growth is a real challenge.  We are adept at accessing debt finance for clients from traditional lenders; asset finance providers and the growing group of challenger banks.
