Our principals were leading figures of Ernst & Young's corporate finance team with 20 years corporate finance experience. David and Justin established Springboard Corporate Finance to meet the increasing demands of entrepreneurs, small and medium sized corporates for independent corporate finance advice.

Justin Sparks
Justin is a founding Director and has 10 years corporate finance experience.

Justin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse in 1995 and joined Ernst & Young's corporate finance team in 1996. Following a secondment with Bridgepoint Capital, a mid market venture capitalist, in 2003 he returned to lead and manage the Ernst & Young's Mergers & Acquisition team in Birmingham before founding Springboard Corporate Finance.

David Neate
David is a founding Director and has 9 years corporate finance experience.

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand before joining Ernst & Young's corporate finance team in 1998. In 2001, David undertook a 15 month secondment with Bridgepoint Capital, a leading mid market venture capitalist. David was responsible for the East Midlands market place and deal origination for the Ernst & Young's Mergers & Acquisition team in Birmingham before founding Springboard Corporate Finance.
